[Bryn-gwlad] fake titles

There has even been mumbling about the Society taking actions against some
of the people doing that. The most recent example I know of (<2 months) is
someone claiming to have a "universal authorization" so they didn't ever
have to be authorized again because they were a knight from another kingdom.
