Well, I did in fact skip school to watch Star Wars.
It wasn't even one of the prequels but the real live honest to goodness Star
Wars. I skipped eighth period choir to see it with a bunch of friends. We
all drove down to the movie theater in two cars crammed to the gills.
*cough*
Yes, all right, it was the rerelease. Only time I ever skipped class in high
school, too.
