[Bryn-gwlad] Golden Spatula contest info?

Stefan, the rules as stated on this list can be found at 
http://bryn-gwlad.ansteorra.org/tourney.php. A "be there by" time was not 
given, but the Baron has asked that the competition start promptly, so I'd 
shoot for half-an-hour early.
