As some of you know, my tent was destroyed at bordermarch.   I still have the canvas, and am looking into converting it into a regular sun shade.   But I am also looking into a new pavillion

One of the possibilities I am looking into is a wooden sided structure.   I saw something similar at gulf wars this last year, and was looking to see if anybody had any ideas on how best to proceed with building it.  I am looking into possibly using   1/4 - 1/2 inch plywood for the walls with a 4 ft sidewall and a 8 ft peak.   There would be wooden rods running everything together and pegged together.   Any suggestions would help.
