My apologies, Lady Breila. My intention is always to keep the online calendar as current as possible. I do check the mailing list frequently for notices of cancellations. Sometimes they get past me, though, as apparently is the case with Lady Isabella's notice about European dancing. Mea culpa!  --Lucia

  Good day!  I am verifying that the events listed on the calendar are still on for today:

  1:00  Illuminators and Scribes Guild
  2:00 Archery Practice
  6:00 European Dance Guild

  Last week my family showed up for archery and nobody was there.  Then on Monday I showed up at Lady Sharon's home for a sewing guild meeting that she had no idea about.  (She was exceedingly gracious all the same, helping me with my husband's shirt project!)  

  Both of these events are still on the calendar, making me believe that this is perhaps not the best way to know if an event is actually occuring.  I follow the email list, but if there is a more reliable way of verifying events, please let me know.
