[Bryn-gwlad] remove from email list

In case you'd rather go ahead and get off the list than wait until some 
system-administrator type notices your post and responds to it, I 
thought I'd mention that there is right at the bottom of every message 
that goes out through this list the following URL:

and that if you go to that site and follow the on-screen "To 
unsubscribe from Bryn-gwlad" instructions, you can remove yourself from 
the list quite easily.  (It takes about as much effort as you expended 
in adding yourself to it, initially.)
