and, of course, Gretchen Kronewetter, our Treasurer, who was there
with me almost the full 14 hours gate was open, who ran the gate
classes, who worked with the cashiers to add up all of the money and
receipts, and who dealt cheerfully with all sorts of messy paperwork
and responsibilities that most of us would be afraid to touch.

Sitting gate shifts may not be an exciting or high-profile task, but
without you we would not take in any money and therefore could not
hold events at all.  Your contributions are greatly appreciated.
