You may be right.   The A&S is a bit heavy.   perhaps
if we just thought about alternating months of Martial
Arts and A&S.  This would provide the variety needed. 
 And unfortunately as Cuan pointed out   Archery would
be excluded from the Tuesday nights. but there's not
much of a work around for that except to hold the tiny
tourneys on Sundays which would create scheduling
problems for some. 

Now some of these Tuesdays could be class nights
instead of a tourney   Say for example a mini kings
college or the knight school

The idea is more to create a set week  (2nd Tuesday
for example) of every month where we know there is a
mini event and people can plan in advance to autocrat
a specific event.   We could in theory have an entire
year scheduled well in advance with all the autocrats
for those tourneys in place.   This would not take the
place of the local revels we already hold.
