Lord Goldweard, I hope you won't take this amiss, but the posting quoted 
below really made me wonder... is the barony somehow not living up to your 
expectations? Do we not attend PiP in persona often enough, do our event 
stewards need practice they're not getting, does the current Tiny Tourney 
format not already provide the benefits you listed below?

I think having a "desserts" Tiny Tourney is a great idea. (Well, of course I 
would--I love to bake.) But this elaboration of fixed, year-round, 
monthly(!) schedules, etc. etc. seems like massive overkill. Part of the 
charm of TTs is their informality and their "occasional" nature. The 
infrastructure you're proposing sounds more like homework to me.
