[Bryn-gwlad] Pavilion tear down and shed run

I will do my best to be there about that time. If the tear down is called off can someone please call my cell phone at 512 228-7265 so I am not waiting around.

on the event site this afternoon at 4:00pm. We have permission to be there 
at this time. It is necessary to do it at this time since they need to be 
taken to the storage shed before it closes at 7:00pm.

I realize this may mean fewer people, as many of you have work schedules that 
prevent you from being there that early. However, even a few people should 
be able to drop the pavilions and have them packed up in short order. If 
anyone can make it at 4:00pm, their help will be appreciated.
