[Bryn-gwlad] ACF Demos and Things

It looks like Fynnon-Gath won't be doing ACF this year, as almost all of 
them are planning on going to 3 Kings.  From what I understand, ACF 
asked them to represent the SCA there for the past few years because of 
some bad history with Bryn Gwlad (I don't know what happened, that's 
just what I've been told).  *If* we are invited to represent the SCA 
there this year, we need to make sure we do a great job and have a large 
number of participants, particularly fighters, that follow through with 
their volunteering.  If we can't get commitment for the kind of presence 
required for a high-profile demo opportunity like this, we need to be up 
front and honest with them about it.  I want to make sure we take our 
commitments, especially ones like this, very seriously.  It is a 
definite possibility that if we have another 'Pirates' type incident 
here, that nobody from BG would be able to even participate at ACF in 
the future.
