As nifty as it would be you probably can not give away food samples.
You'd need permission to conflict with the other food vendors and a food
license for the day at the very least.

However, there are still many creative ways to show off food and cooking
and that we do lots of it. Maybe find out what foods will be sold a
little ahead of time and do a short history of each showing if it would
have been found on the medieval table or not.

I will probably be at Three Kings as well, though anything else I could
do to support this demo I would.
