[Bryn-gwlad] no newsletters at park

I don't think I can persuade Vilhiálmr to go to the park just to give 
Illaria a newsletter and help her eat her brownies.  (Well, O.K., I 
probably could.  I just don't think it's worth it.)  So, since all 
tonight's fighter practices, the Baronial Guard meeting, the Fall Faire 
staff meeting, and the root beer float revel have been cancelled, I'm 
considering this week's PiP a bust and will not be bringing the 
newsletters out.  They will be at the business meeting on Monday, 
however (at which point I'll be handing them over to the new 
Chronicler, Sosha Lyon's O'Rourke).
