[Bryn-gwlad] and taking names

Yeah, I did that once in my thigh playing soccer, and it covered the entire
thing, and then went down and pooled a pit around the top of my calf.  It
also had some wicked purple streaks that kind of made a smiley face.

Hopefully he'll recover soon, but I think it took me a while before I
stopped limping.
