[Bryn-gwlad] Authorization Card Issues

Salut cozyns,
 
I should be at next Tuesday's practice. I'll have authorization forms with me. 
 
Unpadded glaive is no longer a separate authorization. If you're authorized to fight, you can choose unpadded glaive.
 
Fibreglas spear is the only weapon covered under the chivalric combat rules that still requires a separate authorization.

I authorized for chivalric combat on 6/1/07, by fighting Evets von Drachenslue, with Tarquin evaluating. Tarquin filled out a form, which I took home to complete for next PiP. It made it home, then got buried under mail, and vanished. So I don't have a card, and I don't think I'm technically authorized at this point. I would like to get that taken care of, as well as authorize on unpadded glaive. How do I best accomplish this?
