[Bryn-gwlad] Rapier Melee Practice Next Week!

It would *really* behoove Ansteorran rapier fighters to get better at
melees especially since the Calontir team won the Iron Star Tournament.
They were an outstanding unit that kicked our collective butts - the 4
Ansteorran teams.
