I have no problems playing Shakespeare's male roles as a woman. Most of the time those are the juciest parts.

I would do this part, but am unable to get to Phlugerville during the week at that time of day.

I say if someone is able to do it and available they should go for it, no matter thier sex. :) That is a great speech for either sex.

Well, wasn't it that all the actors on Shakespeare's stage were male  
because females weren't allowed?

Can't you just turn this on its head and dress like a male and give  
this soliloquy that way?
