[Bryn-gwlad] Traffic Control for Fall Baronial - our dilemma

Håkon would like to assist with traffic duties during the 8-10 AM morning slot, however I don't plan on arriving until about noon Saturday, since the whole day is just too much for Jasmine.  I will be onsite Friday evening for my gate shift, however.  If someone would be willing to have him in their charge during the hours I am not at the event (and provide him with a place to sleep, since we don't have a tent) Håkon could stay Friday night and be available for traffic control in the morning.

  This would also be helpful because I know Håkon is eagerly anticipating the play, and I would like for him to be able to stay and see it even if Jasmine gets overheated (again) and I have to take her home.

  I would need to get the required paperwork notarized while I'm at work tomorrow (we have notaries there) as I've taken the day off Friday.  If you know Håkon and would be willing to have him in your charge when I'm not at the event, please email before 7:00 AM Thursday, or I can be reached at work at 972-6007.

Obviously the hardest positions to fill
are those opposite morning court and 
the chivalric tourney. Some personal
sacrifice is needed to insure the safety
of our guests, and I hope people will 
consider volunteering! I know many people
have already committed to other duties. 
Please let me know if you have time 
to help with these important tasks.
