[Bryn-gwlad] Fee question - Gretchen or Elisabetta, maybe?

Hi,

I can not speak for the current treasurer (I suspect she is already on
site), but in the past, if someone arrived after Gate had closed, we did not
take site/feast fees, but still accepted donations.  The question is how
long will Gate be open?  If it is still open, then any attendees will need
to pay the full site fees, regardless of how much time is actually spent at
the event.  (there are exceptions that include refunds, but that is on a
case - by case basis, and usually involve emergencies where someone had
paid, and then was unable to attend, or of someone had paid twice [paid on
ACCEPS, then spouse also pays on ACCEPS, etc.])
