[Bryn-gwlad] Greetings

Simply put, Robert and I wanted ONLY to visit your fighter practice and
perhaps attend an A and S gathering with your group.  We have been traveling
around visiting other groups since the Shire fell apart.

I did not mention warring with anyone.

How did this greeting misinterpreted?
