[Bryn-gwlad] Award recommendations

I thought it might be a good idea to mention, in case some of our newer 
members weren't aware of it, that the above form lists only kingdom 
awards (signed by Their Stellar Majesties).  There are also baronial 
awards (signed by our own baron and baroness) for which you can 
recommend people, about which you can read a little on the Bryn Gwlad 
website <http://bryn-gwlad.ansteorra.org/awards/egg.php>.  (You can 
download a PDF of the baronial award recommendation form there, too.)

I don't know whether Their Excellencies will be giving out any baronial 
awards at Lysts, but it never hurts to make recommendations.
