Greetings Bryn Gwlad - foremost jewel in Ansteorra's Crown!

With warm and humid weather upon us, please continue to practice safe hydration during your time at PiP - in whatever level of participation you 

enjoy.  With the humidity levels around 50-60%, you can add 5-9 degrees to the actual temperature - so be sure to hydrate often.

Be sure to consume plenty of non-caffeinated, non-alcoholoc, low-sugar liquids before, during and after your time at PiP.

Remember, it is YOUR repsonsibility to provide enough liquids for you (and your family, where applicable) during your time at PiP.

As a courteousy, the Barony's Officers try to have water available - but it really up to YOU.
