[Bryn-gwlad] heraldic commentary

My lady asked me to post that tonight's commentary must be cancelled due
to mundane conflicts. Our apologies for not posting this sooner, but as
previously noted, her email is having some problems. I'm hoping mine
works well enough to get this notice out to people in time.
