[Bryn-gwlad] [Bg-announce] Weekly PiP Hydration Reminder

Greetings Bryn Gwlad - foremost volunteering Barony in Ansteorra (but, you already knew that)!
 
The weather wizards are forecasting cool and dry temperatures for tonight's PiP - so continue to practice safe hydration.
 
Drink plenty of non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic, low-sugar liquids before, during and after your time at PiP.
 
Be sure to bring enough for yourself (and your family, where applicable).
 
Fighters - if you are not "needing to go" after an hour to two of fighting - you are not drinking enough.
 
 
Be safe, have fun and continue to hydrate often!
