[Bryn-gwlad] OT: Vote for the new license plate

TxDOT is coming out with a new license plate design next year.  They're moving 
to 7 digits since they're running out of numbers.  They have 5 designs up and 
are asking people to vote for them.  Voting only lasts a week, so don't 
delay.  The web site is:

Note that the last selection is our current plate, so if you like what we have 
now you can vote for it.
