[Bryn-gwlad] Kitchen Thanks You

One of my favorite memories from the day was popping in to check on
the girls and finding them all gathered around in a circle, peeling
veggies, giggling, and gossiping...and thankfully being able to
properly identify a parsnip much to my daughter's frustration! It was
one of those moments when the veil lifts a bit, even though it was a
thoroughly modern setting, and you can imagine the girls of the
household sitting there doing that very same thing in a manor house or
keep kitchen.

Thank you, Clarissa, for letting the girls into your kitchen and
providing them with the opportunity. I had a mom tell me how wonderful
it was because her daughter doesn't have any girls her age to hang out
with and she had a wonderful time in the kitchen. They are looking
forward to coming back.

I know that at least four of the girls were Kat, Juliana (from
Namron), Rurik's daughter (who's name I can't remember at the moment),
and Sarah (Melisande's (sp?) daughter).

In Service,
Ysabeau
