Yes, I will be there.

If these are renewals they should be simple enough; just make sure they 
have read the new rules. If they are first time authorizations the 
visitors should plan on spending the entire evening participating in 
rapier activities before we assess them and determine if they are ready 
to be authorized or if they need to work on some issues and return at 
another time. This is not a 10 minute process that ends with a wink and 
a nod.

No one will pass if they are not familiar with the current rules. In 
particular, I expect fighters to know the "Rules of the Field" section 
of the rapier rules. I am not concerned that new fighters be familiar 
with the details of the chain of command, how to test armor, Cut & 
Thrust, Minors, etc., but they must know what rules apply to them on the 
field.
