This is your weekly reminder to be sure and consume plenty of low-sugar, non-caffeinated, non-alcholic liquids before, during and after your time at PiP tonight.

With the weather forecast to become cloudy, cool and humid after sundown, be sure to take extra care in hydrating yourselves.

Remember, it is YOUR responsibility to provide enough liquids for you (and your family) while participating in the activities at PiP.
