King’s Round Table Help Wanted 
   
   
  Sign-In Table Greeter
  1 to 2 people to greet folks as they arrive, have them sign-in, hand-out schedules, point them in the right direction. This is NOT gate, there is no gate for this event.
  7:30am - 8:30am
  8:30am - 9:30am
  9:30am - 10:30am (if necessary)

  Breakfast Team
  Team Captain: Lady Lucia Digioia
  Between 7:30am - 9:30am
  Making coffee, replenishing breakfast items, helping with set up & clean up of the breakfast side board.

  Luncheon Team
  Team Captain: Lady Emeline Neville
  Between 11:00am - 1:30pm
  Making lemonade & water jugs and replenishing them, helping warm up the soup, serving soup, replenishing bread & dessert trays, set up and clean up of the luncheon side board.
  Please contact Lady Emeline if you are interested in volunteering.
  PRE-Meeting Assistance requested: We need borrow crock-pots and lots of them. You do not have to attend the meeting to help out with this request. They can be brought to Fighter Practice and returned to you there or they can be dropped off and picked up at the event.
  Please contact Lady Emeline if you have a crock-pot you can loan us.

  Dessert Team
  Team Captain: Illaria 
  PRE-Meeting Assistance requested: We need desserts of the hand-held variety - cookies, tarts, cup cakes, brownies, fruit, etc. We need them by the dozen to feed the 150 - 200 visitors we expect for the meeting. You do not have to attend King’s Round Table to help out with this request. Desserts can be brought to the Fighter Practice prior to King’s Round Table or to the event.
  Please contact Illaria if you can pledge/donate/bake/make desserts.
   
   
  We will be needing clean-up help at the end of the day to straighten up the school and dispose of the trash in the school's dumpster.  If you are available to stay a little after the event is over, it shouldn't take very long to return the school to the way we found it.
