Good Morning,

  This is a reminder that tonight I will be holding the polling for the
  Bryn Gwlad Territorial Nobility selection process. This polling is a
  non-binding vote with members and non-members alike being allowed to
  place their vote. This will be the first order of business tonight in
  order to cause as minimal of disruption to the regular meeting as
  possible. I will continue to collect polls through the end of the
  meeting should you arrive late.

  You are required to to rank all candidates from 1 through 6. Any failure
  to rank all six or completely fill in the personal information will
  cause your poll to not be considered

  If you are a member, please bring proof of membership in order to
  receive the correct form.
