[Bryn-gwlad] [Bg-announce] Gulf Wars XVII is coming!

If you plan to go to Gulf Wars this year now is the time to plan for it.  Mail 
in registrations must be postmarked by January 31 and online registrations 
must be done by February 14.  If you don't pre-register you won't get to camp 
with your group.

In the "Group Camping With" please put "Bryn Gwlad" or the household you 
intend to camp with.  If your household is camping in the Bryn Gwlad area, 
put Bryn Gwlad.

If you are camping in the Bryn Gwlad area please send me the following info 
for each person in your group:

SCA and MUNDANE name
AGE of each person under 18
The DAY they will be arriving at Gulf Wars
Confirmation number of their registration

For each tent you intend to use I need the following info:

Dimensions including ropes and stakes
The general shape of the footprint (rectangle, round, etc)
The location of the door

If you are camping with a subgroup within the Bryn Gwlad camp, include the 
name of the subgroup, eg House StrangeMacLeod, Savinius, etc.  You do not 
need to be in  a subgroup to be allocated space in the Bryn Gwlad camp.

Land is allocated based on 225 square feet per person.  From this space we 
need to find a place for everyone's personal tents, kitchen and dining tents, 
the Baronial pavilion, walkways, etc.  While we don't restrict what tents you 
bring, please keep this in mind.
