Looking at it from your standpoint. Could there maybe be a "beginner's
class" once a month , less armor requirements adult boffer or something
like that to get the beginners with no armor get basically knight school ,
but with practicing . We personally have a few friends that do not yet have
armor , and the loaner gear doesnt work , for one reason or another. That
want to fight or get involved, and feel sort of out of place so they dont
show up to PIP very often. They dont know anyone and are shy . This would
give them an oppertunity to get to know some people, learn some fighting ,
and feel involved without the massive financial commitment of personal armor
.
I am not a fighter again, just throwing " recruitment ideas " out there.
