[Bryn-gwlad] Recruiting demo ideas.

I think it would be nice to expand it to a "Beginners Event"  Where we can
focus primarly on the newcomers.  Not just a fighting tourney, but all the
aspects of the SCA, A&S, bardic, and so on.
