I suggest Vista Print, by far the cheapest  alternative short of making them
oneself. 
They are always running sales and at times, if you are on their mailing list
you can get the cards just for shipping costs

I've done the print your own and can catagorically
tell you it is cheaper by far to have them printed.
 
One of the best programs for creating card is Avery's
labelmaker Pro.
