[Bryn-gwlad] Another PiP no-show

I live in a teensy outlying precinct *waves to Eule and Ariella* that had a
total of 83 people show up for the caucus. Signup was not very organized
(surprise!) so the half of us who hung out milled around until about 9 pm
until the signup and the delegate count was up.
We were awesomely organized when we selected delegates. "All right, who
WANTS to be a delegate, raise your hand?" The person who took all our
information did so on the back of a voting manual by virtue of "habeas
pluma" (she had a pen).
