[Bryn-gwlad] Lets talk War Company

During the long ride home, Gaston and I talked about some improvements we could do next time when we fight as a unit. I think all the ideas are right on track in getting the company even more effective. Having a discussion board to throw around new tactics as well as new ideas in reforming the company would be very useful. We can discuss them in detail during the company training sessions we will have twice a month as well.
