I too agree. I think we will see a lot of "levy" on each team that are
cross overs, they might also be regulars on the other team.

Each team needs it's own goals and own commanders. I am sure there is a
military structure that covers this.

That being said, we should endeavor to use the same commands and learn
the same tactics so that cross over is easier. Then the commanders can
have great confidence that their company can execute the tactics they
deem best on each field.

I like the idea of similar or even nearly the same uniforms; this will
make crossover easier as well.

The rapier side has never had a company before so we will probably start
by following the lead of our chivalric brothers.

I'm in, on both. (now isn't that ambitious?)
