If we do create a second unit that is specifically rapier I feel they should
be part of the same company.   You would effectively have 1 company with 2
divisions and 2 commanders.   I like the idea of a unified look and feel of
a single company representing the barony.   You could then create war
company divisions for archers, equestrian, artisans, etc.
