[Bryn-gwlad] Lets talk War Company

My Idea to be one unit perhaps was a little unclear. I understand that there
are differences on both fields but thought that if we commit to being in a
war company we would be required to train with the company. for example when
the commander say's this day is the chivalric practice all of the company
that do chivalric (including those crossovers) show up and train. and the
same for the Rapier. I as a rapier fighter haven't the experience in line
fighting as those who fight on the chivalric field. Also for those
crossovers from the chivalric to rapier. it gives them a chance to practice
with the different weapons that way they are prepared having trained with
them regularly, instead of waiting for war to pick up a rapier. I'd like to
also point out that having a unit that is clearly recognized, in my humble
opinion, is daunting to the other side. This is the unity I was trying to
convey. One war company consisting of a Comander, 2 Captains (one Chivalric
and one Rapier) and 2 teams under those captains.
