persistence you apply to
Everything else and I think you'll be happy with the results.
One tid bit, remember to work the low back muscles as well as the low
(transverse) abs, once you are ready.
There are studies showing that much chronic back pain is caused by a
loss of tone in those two sets of muscles,
But most Physical Therapists are still just training the transverse
abdominals & ignoring the equivalent muscles in the low back.
If I hadn't read an article in Pop Sci about it, I'd probably still not
be able to fight from my old back injury(s).
