[Bryn-gwlad] Baronial Pavilion at Crown?

We have been asked by the Baron and Baroness of Elfsea if we will be
bringing the baronial pavilion to Crown Tournament weekend after next.  So,
I'd like to know how many Bryn Gwladers are planning on going to Crown, and
if you would like to have the baronial pavilion available to sit under.
Also, let us know if you will be available to help set it up.  This takes
several people, so if we are going to have a low turnout, we will not bring
the pavilion.  All people from Bryn Gwlad, and any friends of Bryn Gwlad,
are welcome to share its shade.

Lord Thomas of Conway, can you give us the dimensions for the pavilion and
let us know if there would be a good time for us to visit the storage
building with you to retrieve it if we decide to do so?
