[Bryn-gwlad] Lysts Traffic Control Team Update 5-9-08

I have had a very good response to my call for people.

I will be fair and take folks in the order in which they have responded 
to me by time and date.

I will then offer other slots to those that did not get the desired time 
slot.

I would ask that those volunteering, please send 2 choices to help me 
sked folks.

Master/Baron Thomas and Illaria will be hosting a welcome party at the 
top side check point to welcome folks to Bryn Gwlad and Castleton. It is 
open to all. See Thomas for details.

We are still about 2 weeks out from the event. If anyone needs to bow 
out of their shift, please let me know as soon as possible so I can get 
a replacement.
