[Bryn-gwlad] Bryn Gwlad Equestrian Practice 5/18 and 5/26

Since I've gotten a few questions, here is a bit of clarification:
 
Equestrian practice is where folks with horses, or access to horses,
have an opportunity to practice SCA games, jousting, mounted combat,
etc.  If you do not have your own horse, or don't have access to one,
this is still an opportunity for you to come out and meet folks who do,
ask questions, get involved, learn how to become authorized, etc....much
like any other SCA practice.
 
If you don't have a horse, but want to get involved in riding within the
SCA, please come out and chat with the folks who do have horses and we
can help you figure out the best way for you to get involved in this fun
and very rewarding aspect of the SCA.

A reminder that we will be hosting an equestrian practice at our house
on Sunday, 5/18 and Monday 5/26 from 2p to 6p.  This is open to anyone
who wants to come out....you don't have to have a horse!  At the very
least you can come out and learn what it takes to become an authorized
rider and what you can do to help ground crew for equestrian events.  We
can always use help and with Lysts at Castleton coming up this will be a
great opportunity to get involved.
 
Please contact me privately and I will be happy to give you directions
to our place.
