  A few more suggestions:

1.  Mixing fruit in wines & metheglins - what works best together (and what
herbs/spices go well too...)

2. Yeasts - what kinds work best with what fruit/sugar/honey/herbs, and what
effect they have on the taste of the booze.

3.  Does your group want to sponsor taverns or competitions?
