BVC - Brewing Question (fwd)

Good Morning,

We discussed this at last nights brewers' guild meeting here in Bryn
Gwlad. Unfortunately with the tasting and bottling we didn't get to
  discuss it hardly at all.

Would people like to help flush out a brewing, vintning and cordials
  guideline?

This is our chance to help the Laurels and other judges know how to
  judge our art & science.

Ciao,

Pug, the Laurels are working to develop appropriate criteria for judging. If
you are so inclined, I'd like to have you (and the rest of the brewer's guild,
if they'd be interested) suggest criteria for the brewing arts.

I'd appreciate any input you might have on the following categories:

8.*Domestic Arts
a.*Brewing and Vinting
i.*Wine and Mead
ii.*Beer, Ale and Lagers
iii.*Specialty Beverages
iv.*Other

The criteria outline is as follows. An example of a finished criterion is
listed at the bottom.

Thanks,
