     A. Alcohol policy
     - EA suggested policy: Officers are not prohibited from serving
     alcohol, however it must be done as individuals, not as part of
     official duties as officers. Passed.
     - EA suggested policy: Offices are not prohibited from giving or
     receiving gifts of alcohol, however it must be done as individuals,
     and not as part of their official duties as officers.  Issue: crown
     giving gifts in court - officers? Add: Giving or receiving gifts of
     alcohol in court are not considered to be an official duty. Amendment
     passed. Motion passed.
