BVC - Question for Damaris

I just tried the bottle of beer you gave me at Kingdom A&S this afternoon.  
As you know, I too am using Markham for my recreations.  I did not get a 
chance to look over your recipes and documentation.  My question is, what was 
your redaction?  Your beer has a nice dark color.  What grains did you use to 
get this color?
