CR - Let's Fix the Central Region!

I will be happy to host a regional seneschal's meeting at Warlord.  
Let me check with the autocrat (does anyone know who that is and 
their number/e-mail account?).  I will suggest that it be held on 
Sunday morning.  How does that sound to everyone?
