CR - FW: ANST - Southern Regional Fighter Practice

I think it would be a good idea,but we have tried it over and over again
and it didn't work. How did the regional war practices go? Maybe if we
made it a stronger pull. Like got all the Knights and Dons in the Region
to offer special training.
