Just a note about a problem;
Burleson Texas (Johnson County), where the event is taking place, is in a
serious drought situation and is under an outdoor burning ban.
This means no torches and no ground fires__At All__! Please bring your
flashlights and lanterns.
I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your
cooperation.

Event Steward, Kingdom Warlord/King's Champion
If this could be posted to the other local and regional lists I would
appreciate it greatly, also please pass it on to those who are not e-mail
enabled.

HL Gilli has asked if barbecue grills are allowed; conditionally, yes. We will
observe all the fire rules; no fires unattended, a visible means of putting a
fire out will be available at all times, any unattended fires will be put
out.... Doubled!
A member of the Barony who lives in Burleson had a yard fire caused by a
barbecue grill last week. __Please__ be careful!
My thanks again.
Mara
